Bryan and his team are excellent! From our first meeting until the close of escrow he was professional, skillful, and optimistic. He was always available and responsive, which was very important to us as 1st-time sellers. He advised us well about setting the asking price and preparing our condominium for showings, which resulted in a quick and successful sale.

  Bryan Myamato sent me a postcard promoting his services as a Real Estate Agent.  I was receiving solicitations like Bryan’s on a daily basis. My condo in West Hollywood had been on and off the market for over 150 days.  I was working with my second Realtor and becoming increasingly frustrated.  I had a tenant living in the condo who was about to vacate and I had moved to Palm Springs.  I thought that I would give Bryan a call, along with several other Realtor’s,  hoping to find the perfect fit and shake things up a bit.

 
  When I told Bryan that I was considering making a change in representation he informed me that he was coming to Palm Springs and we should go out to lunch.  At lunch I very much liked his energy and knowledge of the condo market and the West Hollywood market in particular.  It was and remains a very difficult and challenging real estate market, particularly for condos. There was a staggering amount of inventory, including multiple foreclosures.  Bryan was undeterred and convinced that at the right price, and with an aggressive marketing strategy, the condo would sell.  I interviewed several other Realtor’s, but my instincts told me that Bryan was the right person for the job.


  I was not a passive client. I asked to review all of Bryan’s marketing material for the condo (Bryan does a substantial amount of marketing) and I set a rather short time-line.  If the condo did not sell by Thanksgiving I was going to take it off of the market and rent it. I had several potential tenants standing by.  That gave us two and a half months to sell the condo.

  Bryan hit the deadline!  He found an outstanding buyer with excellent credit.  That being said, it was at times a difficult transaction, however, Bryan handled each complication with competence and professionalism and throughout all of it was pleasant, thoughtful and maintained a great sense of humor. He closed the deal just before Christmas. I couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas present.  Thank you, Bryan!!
